She controls every section of the ship and has used it to kill the crew and set up a master place to eviscerate humankind. She refers to the ship's crew as insects and has begun raising an army to do her bidding.
Worse of all though is the ship's AI, Shodan, who has grown into a malevolent, god-like monster since the Hacker removed her ethical restraints. Mutants roam the corridors, Cyborgs patrol rooms chanting about a mysterious overlord and Robots are rising from the floors of the ship to destroy anything human. He wakes up months later with a new neural implant, but something is terribly wrong. The Hacker accomplishes his task, but is drugged directly after.
